Vile Horrendous - Smash The State... 7" (1995)

One of two 7" releases by Eastern Pennsylvania's own VILE HORENDOUS.  Four pissy punk songs addressing pressing issues such as dead nazis', boycotting the music industry, and techno sucking.  Honest work from these Bethelhem area beer-drinking brats.  Complete with plenty of shots of minors with mohawks enjoying Schlitz and Meister Brau presumably released on their own label VILE LIFE.  Any more information, please share.

The Krays / The Truents - Oi! What Happened To Punk? (1996)

The mid nineties were a great time to get into punk.  NYC was the place to be.  I was probably 13-14 when this record came out but I bought it off one of the band members at Coney Island High and a forty oz of Midnight Dragon leaked all over it in my friends back pack. Needless to say 15 years later its still sees action on my record player because its a great record.  Two records actually.  Two tracks from each band and a successful joint effort in a Sham 69 cover.  This was, to the best of my knowledge, both bands first appearances on vinyl. Both bands are still active today, at some point the Truents became Suspect Device.  The Krays have since had 4 albums and have toured the world extensively. INTENSIVE SCARE RECORDS 1996.

The Varukers - Nothings Changed 7" (1994)

1994 saw the reformation of the highly influential British hardcore punk band Varukers.  Having formed in the early 80's putting out 2 great albums and a fleet of seven inch records, the band was highly compared to Discharge.  Unlike Discharge, the Varukers never turned into a wussy cock rock band.  And when they nineties came around, they picked up right where they left off, and put out some of the most raging politically charged hardcore punk of the decade.  Why here?  Well they only toured the states like a dozen times in the mid-late 90's, mostly with The Casualties, touching down on every small city between NY and California.  This EP was their first release after they reformed and is just a flawless example of hard hitting, blistering, punk.  Crank it up, and ENJOY it!
