The Bristles - We're In It Till The End 7" (1996)

I get emails, thousands every week.  All over the world, the computer punx cry out "I REALLY HOPE YOU UPDATE YR BLOG".  Well OK.  Here ye go, a double shot of Sussex County NJ.  A real two-fer.  A nice Bristles record --  Eyyyyy, you know there is plenty of them! I think I paid 5 bucks for this one, and thats probably the most this record has ever sold for.   It's not bad.  An interesting turning point in the Bristles "career" noted by a hand typed letter of how the bass player kicked out the rest of the band and became the lead guitarist/vocalist.  Hey how often does that happen? FLATUS - BUDGET BEER 7" (1993)

I went to a "PUNK FEST" this weekend and amidst the 10,000 over priced records I found a real gem.  Yeah.... for 2 bucks, a goddamned FLATUS 7".   Here is Flatus' second or third seven inch? I dunno, who could really keep track?? It was the 90's, it was a WILD PLACE.  I don't know much about Flatus except they used to play a lot when I was child. Standard Sussex County NJ punk, complete with a decent attempt at a CARS COVER. The dude who wrote most of Budget Beer 7" wound up doing sound at a club my old band used to play. I was a minor and he used to let me and my friends drink Thunderbird behind the dumpster out back.  Cool dude, solid band. Rumored to still play one off gigs, but how would I know. Their own Round Records, straight out of Hamburg NJ.

4th Class - "S/T" (1996)

Aw yeah!  This is what we're about here at the Pogo Attack Blog (I made a Facebook page under the same name if anyone give a shit) BEER CITY RECORDS MID 90'S Obnoxious punk rock savagery from Wisconsin! The cover looks great too, and is in accurate representation of the era's punk show.   I think I picked this up because the guys shirt says PISS PUNK.  Also, I decided to spin this because 2/4 of the band members are wearing wrestling masks and listed as Assassin 1 and 2, meanwhile another guy is rocking a Mets hat.  So there you go!  Sorry I got lazy and its only a 2 file rip, but its like a 20 song seven inch or something, i dont have that kind of dedication! cmon!
